Submit An Invoice

Invoice Submission By Mail

All invoices must have the account name and billing address is styled as follows:

  • Date of Transaction, Date of Invoice and date of delivery (if delivered).

  • Authorized signatures (if hand delivered).

  • Detailed description of services.
  • Vendor remit to address, phone number, and fax number if available.
  • If you are a specific service vendor, a written estimate must be submitted to service requestor prior to commencement of work. You must remit the signed authorization [email permissible] with your final invoice. Any failure to remit authorization will result in invoice being returned and further delay your payment.


Important Information

Please do not drop off invoices or give them to property managers as invoices that are hand delivered or sent to our physical address by the vendor will not be submitted for approval and payment.

Invoices should no longer be emailed to any assurednv.com email, nor faxed. Questions or concerns regarding service or work should be directed to the property manager in charge of that specific property or association.

Please remember that our standard payment terms are Net 30 days. Payments are sent out by the 10th of the month. (Maybe create a calendar info graphic.
