Design Build Opportunity Zone Fund project.  This duplex offers roof top decks, two car garage and ample space for residence to enjoy the downtown area.  Assured team was involved from conception to completion and completed full entitlement package through construction.  Assured team completed mapping, utility improvement installation, survey, drainage study, water network analysis, and general land planning and development services, demolition and new build construction.  Site posed high voltage easement challenges with service lines running at the rear of property, access, site security and parking constraints.
