Design Build Opportunity Zone Fund project.  Assured team was involved from conception to completion and completed full entitlement package through construction.  Site posed numerous challenges with underground utilities, easement, proximity to neighboring building (zero lot line construction) and access.  Assured team was retained from concept to completion.
