FINE WAIVER REQUEST
If you have received a fine from a violation you can submit a request to have your fine waived. PLEASE NOTE: This form MAY NOT be submitted until the violation has been corrected. Any submissions with violations still open will be rejected immediately.

Please provide all the contact information as requested below in the Help Case. Only the owner or authorized property manager can submit for fines to be waived.

Tell us about the violation and upload any support documentation along with proof of correction.

Tell us the violation type and start date.

Explain why fines should be removed or reduced.

Please provide us with a total offer amount. You must also provide the total fine amount currently due and well as the date the fine was issued.
Please be advised that by submitting a fine waiver request you must agree to the following. You must provide a "TOTAL OFFER" amount for your request to be processed.

Please understand that there is no guarantee the Board of Directors will accept your offer.
All fee charges by a third party agency must be handled directly through that agency.
