Tenants, please review your lease in regard to minor maintenance and repair obligations prior to submitting. In some cases repairs, and or maintenance may be the obligation of the tenant.

Remember tenants, it's your obligation to notify managers of problems.

Tell us about the maintenance issues you are having. Please keep one maintenance issues per help case submission. If you need to you can submit multiple maintenance requests. For fast processing please attach at least one picture regarding your maintenance request.
MAINTENANCE SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All repairs will be scheduled and completed in a reasonable amount of time subject to vendor availability, warranty and owner approval. There are times when delays are encountered due to parts availability, vendor approvals, warranty submissions, etc. The average response time for non-property damage are scheduled within two business days. Air conditioning and heat will be deployed the next business day. Vendors and Management will make best efforts to ensure all repairs are completed within a reasonable amount of time. If at any time tenant feels that repair is being delayed, please remit an Expedited Request on your submission.
